مسابقة مهرجان بلوار
الشروط والأحكام:
الاشتراك في المسابقة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
يتوجب على المتسابق التسجيل في رابط المسابقة باسمه الثلاثي المدون في الهوية النظامية ، ويعتبر إتمام التسجيل قبولاً بالشروط والأحكام.
تبدأ المسابقة بتاريخ 26 / 8/ 2025 وتنتهي بتاريخ 24 / 10 / 2025
سيتم اختيار الفائز من المتسابقين بشكل عشوائي بحضور ممثل الغرفة التجارية.
تعلن النتائج خلال ثلاثين يوم من تاريخ انتهاء المسابقة.
تسلم الجوائز للفائزين خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ إعلان نتائج المسابقة.
لا يشترط الشراء أو حضور المتسابق وقت السحب للحصول على الجائزة.
يشترط أن يكون المتسابق في المسابقة سعودي الجنسية أو مقيم في المملكة العربية السعودية بشكل نظامي.
يشترط إذا كان الفائز غير سعودي الجنسية أن يكون لديه رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
الجوائز هي : فلة سكنية في مدينة الرياض + 4 سيارات من نوع بي ام دبليو BMW .
يشترط أن يخلو سجل الفائز من المخالفات المرورية.
يشترط خلو سجل الفائز من أي تعميم بإيقاف خدماته الحكومية من أي جهة حكومية.
يلتزم الفائز بدفع رسوم التأمين والتسجيل ونقل ملكية السيارة باسمه الشخصي.
لا يحق للفائز طلب نقل ملكية السيارة تحت اسم شخص اخر.
يجب على الفائز استلام السيارة وفقاً للموعد والمكان المحددين من قبل شركة بلوار .
لا يحق للفائز تفويض شخص اخر لاستلام السيارة بالنيابة عنه
يقر الفائز بموافقته لشركة بلوار بتوثيق ونشر صور وفيديوهات الفائز والجائزة.
يقر الفائز بموافقته لشركة بلوار بتصوير الفائز بمحتوى تسويقية ( صور + فيديو )
لا يحق للفائز استبدال الجائزة نقداً أو مقايضتها بمنتجات أخرى.
في حال تكرار فوز المتسابق فإنه يستحق أول جائزة حصل عليها في السحب.
يشترط على الفائزين تقديم هوية نظامية سارية المفعول عند استلام الجائزة.
في حال لم يتطابق اسم الفائز في رابط الاشتراك في المسابقة مع الاسم الموجود بالهوية النظامية المعتمدة في المملكة العربية السعودية فيتم استبعاده وإعادة السحب مرة أخرى.
في حال اتضح مخالفة الفائز لأي من الشروط والأحكام أعلاه بعد إعلان فوزه، أو لم يحضر لاستلام الجائزة خلال فترة سبعة أيام من تاريخ إعلان اسمه وإبلاغه، فيتم استبعاد الفائز، ويحق لشركة بلوار اختيار فائز اخر.
شركة بلوار غير مسؤولة عن أي روابط وهمية او جهات تنتحل اسم الشركة

Terms and Conditions
1.Participation in the competition is limited to entries within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2.Participants must register through the official competition link using their full legal name as stated in their official ID. Completing the registration shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3.The competition begins on 26/08/2025 and ends on 24/10/2025.
4.The winner will be selected randomly from among the participants, in the presence of a representative from the Chamber of Commerce.
5.Winners will be announced within thirty (30) days from the end date of the competition.
6.Prizes will be awarded to winners within seven (7) days from the announcement of the results.
7.No purchase or participant presence at the time of the draw is required to claim the prize.
8.Eligibility is limited to Saudi nationals or legal residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia holding valid residency permits (Iqama).
9.If the winner is a non-Saudi national, they must hold a valid driving license.
10.The prizes consist of:
•One (1) residential villa in Riyadh City.
•Four (4) BMW cars.
11.The winner’s traffic record must be free of violations.
12.The winner’s record must not include any official government order for suspension of services.
13.Winners are responsible for paying all fees related to insurance, registration, and transfer of vehicle ownership under their personal name.
14.The winner is not entitled to request the transfer of vehicle ownership to another person.
15.The winner must collect the car at the date and place specified by Blowar Company.
16.The winner may not authorize another person to collect the car on their behalf.
17.The winner agrees to allow Blowar Company to document and publish photos and videos of the winner and the prize.
18.The winner agrees to allow Blowar Company to feature them in promotional marketing content (photos and videos).
19.The prize may not be exchanged for cash or substituted with other products.
20.In the event a participant wins more than once, they are only entitled to the first prize awarded to them in the draw.
21.Winners must present a valid official ID at the time of receiving the prize.
22.If the name of the winner registered in the competition link does not match the name on the official ID recognized in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, they will be disqualified and another draw will be conducted.
23.If it is found, after the announcement of the winner, that they have violated any of these Terms and Conditions, or if they fail to claim their prize within seven (7) days of being notified, they will be disqualified, and Blowar Company reserves the right to select another winner.
24.Blowar Company is not responsible for any fraudulent links or entities impersonating the company.
25.The only official sources for participation and communication are the company’s verified accounts and official channels.
26.Duplicate registrations under the same name are prohibited.
27.This competition is subject to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce.

29.Registration is also available at the Blowar Company branch in Riyadh – Eastern Ring Road – Al Rawabi District – next to Rasees Perfumes – opposite Al Othaim Mall.
