Return and Exchange Policy
- Customers can return products within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of order delivery.
- For returns and exchanges, all products must be unused, in good condition, and in their original packaging without opening the original seal.
- Customers bear all shipping and delivery costs.
- Return requests for perfumes will not be accepted after opening the original seal and using the perfume.
Diffusers:
- Customers can return products within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of order delivery.

- Customers have the right to request a return if there is any manufacturing defect or error; this does not include damage caused by poor storage, misuse, or incorrect voltage connection.
- The product will be inspected and verified, and if a defect is confirmed, the product will be returned or exchanged immediately.
- If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer.
- Customers bear all shipping and delivery costs.
