Warranty Policy

To benefit from the warranty service:

1. You must present the warranty card along with a copy of the invoice.
2. The warranty is valid for up to 24 months from the date of purchase.
3. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or incorrect voltage connection.
4. The warranty becomes void if essential oils from other brands are used, water is mixed with the essential oil, or oil is poured directly into the device.
