- Terms and Conditions:
- - Participation in the competition is within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- - Contestants must register via the competition link using their full name as stated on their official ID. Completion of registration constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- - The competition begins on August 26, 2025, and ends on October 24, 2025.
- - The winner will be randomly selected from among the contestants in the presence of a representative of the Chamber of Commerce.
- - The results will be announced within thirty days of the competition's end date.
- - Prizes will be awarded to the winners within seven days of the competition results being announced.
- - No purchase or presence of the contestant at the time of the draw is required to claim the prize.
- - Contestants must be Saudi nationals or legally residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- - If the winner is not a Saudi national, they must have a valid driver's license.
- - The prizes include: a residential villa in Riyadh + 4 BMW cars.
- - The winner's record must be free of traffic violations.
- -The winner's record must be free of any notice suspending their government services from any government agency.
- - The winner is obligated to pay the insurance and registration fees and transfer the vehicle ownership to their own name.
- - The winner may not request that the vehicle ownership be transferred to another person's name.
- - The winner must receive the vehicle according to the date and location specified by Rasis.
- - The winner may not authorize another person to receive the vehicle on their behalf.
- - The winner agrees to Rasis documenting and publishing photos and videos of the winner and the prize.
- - The winner agrees to Rasis filming the winner for marketing content (photos + video).
- - The winner may not exchange the prize for cash or exchange it for other products.
- - If a contestant wins again, they will be entitled to the first prize they received in the draw.
- - Winners are required to present a valid ID when claiming their prize.
- - If the winner's name in the competition entry link does not match the name on their official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, they will be disqualified and the draw will be repeated.
- - If it becomes apparent that the winner has violated any of the above terms and conditions after their win is announced, or if they fail to claim their prize within seven days of their name being announced and notified, the winner will be disqualified, and Rasis has the right to select another winner.
- - Balwar is not responsible for any fake links or entities impersonating the company's name.
- - The primary source of communication and participation is via the company's verified accounts and affiliated accounts.
- - Repeated registration of a name is prohibited.
- - The contest is subject to the terms and conditions of the Ministry of Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce
